AceShowbiz - Gabby Windey addressed her flirty exchanges with her "Dancing with the Stars" co-star Vinny Guadagnino. During her appearance on "Chicks in the Office" podcast, the newly-single TV personality set the record straight about the matter.

"I mean, we're friends," Gabby shared in the Friday, November 18 episode of the podcast. The former "The Bachelorette" star went on saying, "Apparently both of us just like to kind of stir the post. Which is, like, funny. But [the buzz] did happen out of nowhere."

Also chiming in on the speculation was Gabby's pro-dancer partner Valentin Chmerkovskiy. "It was an inside joke that got away," Val said.

Dating speculations between the two reality TV stars emerged after they were seen getting flirty to each other on Instagram comments. "I'm filled with so many different emotions - excitement, fear, gratitude, and mourning that this experience will soon end," Gabby wrote on Tuesday as she celebrated the fact that she advanced to the "DWTS" finals. "Thank you to everyone who has continued to support us and I hope to make you proud next week!!"

Vinny was among those who left a gushing comment underneath the post. "Good job baby mamma," the "Jersey Shore" star wrote, to which Gabby coyly responded, "My main man."

On the same day, the former Denver Broncos cheerleader commented on Vinny's Instagram post which he captioned, "stop looking for the one…be the one, and let them all come to you." In the comments section, Gabby simply said, "Omw (on my way)."

Gabby's clarification came after she confirmed her split from Erich Schwer in an episode of "DWTS". "The end of our relationship happened because we weren't completely in step and in sync with each other in our common goals or just the way we approach life," she shared with Val during a rehearsal. She added that she and Erich "weren't each other's best match."

Further detailing the split, Gabby told Us Weekly that she found it "hard" to open up about the split on TV. "I'm just grateful that I was able to do it on my own terms and when I was ready," the Illinois native divulged. "It was just a new experience overall - being so public and being thrown into this. I think now it's just kind of trying to move forward."

A source previously said that Gabby and Erich, who got engaged in season 19 finale of "The Bachelorette" that aired in September, reportedly broke up because "she felt they weren't aligned and weren't on the same page." The insider continued, "Gabby was hoping they could give each other space and work it out but ultimately decided they didn't have a future."
