AceShowbiz - Louis Tomlinson won't let his injury stop him from releasing new music. On Sunday, November 13, the former One Direction member treated fans to a music video for "Silver Tongues" while he's recovering from a broken arm.

The gloomy visuals finds Louis crooning his lyrics at a party while being surrounded by his friends. At some point, he sings in a dark room as well as on an empty street at night.

"You know, it's times like these we're so much happier/ Nights like these, we'll remember thosе stupid jokes/ Only we know," he sings. "You know, when I'm with you, I'm so much happiеr/ Nights like these, we'll remember those songs we wrote/ Only we know/ You smile at me and say, 'It's time to go'/ But I don't feel like goin' home."

"Silver Tongues" appears on Louis' new album "Faith in the Future". It was dropped on Friday, hours before he fell over after a concert in New York City. He revealed in a statement, "Thank you to everyone that's listened to the new album so far, it means the world to me. The show last night in New York was incredible. Unfortunately on the way back I've managed to fall and break my right arm pretty badly."

"So I'm gutted to say I'll have to reschedule the in-store signings next week. New dates will be announced very soon," the 30-year-old British native added. "Thank you for all your support and sorry to anyone who was coming next week. Louis."

As for his sophomore album, which is a follow-up to his 2020 debut "Walls", Louis shared in a new interview with Official Charts, "I had the title before anything else." He additionally explained, "I was 99 per cent sure I wanted to call it Faith In The Future, then lockdown happened and it just felt like an appropriate statement."

"I actually tweeted it for the first time, without any context, last year. I felt this magnetism to the phrase," he further elaborated. "With that statement, I'm not saying we can predict the future or that it'll necessarily look any brighter, but it inspires hope. Have faith in that idea and you won't be any worse off."
