AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian landed in hot water for her song choice in an Instagram post. Internet users came at "The Kardashians" star after she used Drake's controversial song "Circo Loco" that many believed is a diss track against Megan Thee Stallion.

In the said Instagram Story, which was posted on Wednesday, October 9, the 21 Savage-featuring song, which seemingly saw the rappers accusing Meg of lying about being shot by Tory Lanez, played as the background music. While the snippet didn't include the alleged line about the Hot Girl Summer, many of Kim's followers were not happy with the song choice.

One person wrote on Reddit, "Kim reposting a Drake song with lyrics mocking Meg the stud getting shot is problematic." Another user added, "No apologies for Kim here I love Kim but she needs to be more responsible people who say otherwise is weird sorry Meg."

Others blasted Kim for not being aware of the controversy despite the alleged shooting happening after her own sister Kylie Jenner's party back in July 2020. "It's more than crappy. Especially since Meg was leaving a party at Kylie's when it happened. F**k Kim," one user wrote, with someone else noting, "Meg the stud was shot, Kim didn't gaf and the crazy thing is Kylie was with Megan the night before she was shot, she just cares about commitment and clout."

Someone, meanwhile, brought up Kim's experience of being robbed at gunpoint in Paris in October 2016. "The fans here would go crazy if anyone would dare to say that Kim faked her robbery. But it's okay to say that s**t about MTS," the person wrote. "People here don't care that a black woman was shot and Kim is posting a song on her page about the shooting of that woman. Have someone post a song about Kim getting robbed or shot and see how the tune changes," added another.

Fans believed that Drake was dissing the "WAP" hitmaker on "Circo Loco" off "Her Loss". On the track, which was released on Friday, Drizzy raps, "This b***h lie 'bout getting shots but she still a stallion." The Canadian rapper continues, "Shorty say she graduated, she ain't learn enough/ Play your album track one, 'kay, I heard enough."

Shortly after the song was released on November 4, Megan took to Twitter to urge artists to stop using mentions of the shooting "for clout." The Houston native said, "You n***as especially RAP N***AS ARE LAME! Ready to boycott bout shoes and clothes but dog pile on a black woman when she say one of y'all homeboys abused her."

She continued expressing her disgust as writing, "And when the mf facts come out remember all y'all h*e a** favorite rappers that stood behind a N***a that SHOT A FEMALE."

A fan, however, thought that Drake was referring to model Elke the Stallion on the song. "Funny thing about a stallion is there was one very known one before Megan her name was Elke the Stallion who people debated rather her a** was real or not no one knows who Drake is talking about plus he said shots not shot people are missing the s," the fan said.
