AceShowbiz - Kanye West's fans have created a campaign for him to restore his billionaire status. However, it didn't sit well with some of his haters as they launched some shady GoFundMe pages to poke fun at the rapper.
Among those trolling Ye was a man named Jaden Dias, who wrote on the page title, "Make me a billionaire instead of Kanye West." In the description, he wrote, "Hi my name is Jaden. As you may know, recently Kanye West lost his status as a billionaire. Now there is a gofundme trying to get his status back."
"But the way I see it, why give it back to him? He lost his status by no one's fault but his own," Jaden continued. "Do not reward Kanye for his actions, reward me instead."
Also doing the same was Eric Jakon, who penned, "Hi. My name is Eric and after reading about ridiculous fundraiser to make Mr. West billionaire again I've decided that with your help I would love to become one too." The person added, "Wouldn't want to be left behind."
Ye is no longer billionaire after Adidas cut ties with him amid his anti-Semitic scandal. According to a report published by Forbes on October 24, his current net worth has been brought down to $400 million after losing the deal, which was estimated at $1.5 billion, with the world-renowned athletic wear company.
The report added that the Yeezy designer's remaining assets that make up the $400 million net worth are comprised of his extensive music catalog, liquidity in the form of cash, non-liquid real estate and a reported 5 percent share of his ex-wife Kim's SKIMS brand.
