According to reports, the Brazilian beauty and Tom Brady, her footballer husband of 13 years, have yet to officially file for divorce despite already hiring divorce lawyers.

AceShowbiz - Gisele Bundchen is enjoying some mother-daughter moments. The Brazilian supermodel was photographed all smiles when she took her daughter Vivian for a horse riding outing amid rumors she and her husband Tom Brady are getting ready for divorce.
In photos published by Daily Mail on Thursday, October 27, the 42-year-old beauty watched her 9-year-old daughter hopping on horseback for the equestrian lesson, which reportedly took place in Palm Beach, Florida.
For the sporty outing, Gisele looked naturally stunning as she wore minimal makeup and long wavy hair with sunglasses and small hoop earrings. She finished the look with sneakers and carried a bag while smiling at Vivian and proudly snapping photos of her daughter. Once again, she went without a wedding ring.
Meanwhile, Vivian, who has been seen riding during multiple sessions lately, rocked a colorful tie-dyed shirt with a rainbow detail, riding gloves and teal leggings as she showed off her skills for her mom. At one point, the helmet-wearing young equestrian even went hands-free while Gisele took a photo on her phone.
According to reports, Gisele and Tom have yet to officially file for divorce despite already hiring divorce lawyers. A source informed Page Six on October 21 that "things are very nasty" between the couple "because of the lawyers." The source added, "They are ready for a fight."
More recently, it's unveiled that Gisele has given Tom a final ultimatum. "Gisele told Tom either he leaves football to spend time with the family or she is gone for good," a source told Us Weekly on October 26. The source further added that the mom of two is worried about the NFL star's health.
"She doesn't want him to continue to get injured and not be able to enjoy life in the future," the so-called inside source explained. The informant further noted that Gisele "is doing it for her family."
However, it seems that Tom won't retire soon. In the October 24 episode of his Sirius XM show, "Let's Go! with Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray", the seven-time Super Bowl champion shared, "I said last week that there's no immediate retirement in my future. There was a retirement in the past, but I moved on from that."
Even worse, a source claimed that "Tom's no longer thinking about a reconciliation." The insider added, "His football buddies are telling him Gisele is too much trouble. They want him to rejoin the dating pool and go clubbing with them!" The informant also noted that the athlete has been "having so much fun this season and wants to play pro football as long as it's humanely possible."
