The 'Boy Is Mine' hitmaker flaunts her toned legs in an Instagram Story picture that shows her getting whisked on a Mercedes-Maybach for a romantic date on her 41st birthday.

AceShowbiz - Monica got butterflies in her stomach on her birthday. Turning 41 years old on Monday, October 24, the singer has teased her romantic date in celebration of her latest milestone by sharing a slew of posts on social media.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, the "Angel of Mine" songstress posted a picture of her showing off her toned legs as she sat in a Mercedes-Maybach, which was seemingly going to whisk her away for the date night. "On a date kinda nervous...," she captioned it.

In a separate post, Monica was being presented with a birthday cake as her friends and loved ones in the room cheered on her. She donned a red dress with dramatic puff shoulders for the intimate bash.

Her birthday celebration comes after report surfaced that Monica has been casually dating Kodak Black. A source allegedly close to the R&B star told Media Take Out that the two are "having fun," though it appears that their relationship is not exclusive nor they are serious about it.

While the news seemed to catch their fans by surprise, Monica and Kodak have indeed been getting closer as they have appeared together in several social media posts. In an Instagram post shared in early October, Monica posed with the 25-year-old rhymer and his mother Marcelene Octave.

"I'm Forever With who's With Me... That's on My Life...," she captioned the snaps that featured her being clad in a black Balenciaga outfit and a white fur coat. She added, "Love You @kodakblack & My Z Queen Momma Fee Fee.... In 4L."

Later on October 16, the Georgia native was seen sitting on the passenger's seat of Kodak's car. In another video posted on TikTok, the two appeared to have fun as they showed off their moves to his song "Spin".

Many, however, seem to oppose the supposed relationship as one person reacted to Monica's birthday posts, "It better not be Kodak black! Lordttt. Lol. Mr. I hope so!" Another echoed the sentiment, writing, "Idgaf as long as it's not Kodak Black."
