The 75-year-old legendary guitarist is spotted looking healthy at the Four Seasons in Downtown NYC more than a month after he passed out at the Pine Knob Music Theater in Clarkson, Detroit.

AceShowbiz - Carlos Santana has returned onstage more than a month after collapsing at a Michigan concert. The legendary guitarist made his comeback on Friday, August 12 at a Connecticut show.

Ahead of the gig, the 75-year-old was spotted at the Four Seasons in Downtown NYC. In a video obtained by TMZ, the musician could be seen in good spirit as he walked toward his car along with his entourage.

Carlos was performing at the Pine Knob Music Theater in Clarkson, an outdoor venue on the edge of Detroit, when he collapsed on the stage. About 20 minutes into his set, he passed out onstage, prompting medical staffers to sprint to the stage.

"Medical personnel on stage. Crowd asked to pray for him because of a 'serious medical' issue," Roop Raj of local Fox 2 Detroit tweeted. Music journalist Gary Graff added that Santana "was taken offstage on stretcher 20 minutes after collapsing."

Days after the incident, Carlos' manager announced that he was postponing his "Miraculous Supernatural 2022 Tour". In a statement to PEOPLE, Michael Vrionis revealed that they were halting the shows "out of an abundance of caution for the artist's health." He added, "Doctors have recommended that Mr. Santana gets rest to recuperate fully."

"Santana is doing well and is anxious to be back on stage. He just needs to rest," Michael further explained. "Santana profoundly regrets that these postponements of his upcoming performances; but, his health is our number one concern. He is looking forward to seeing all of his fans very soon."

Back in December 2021, Santana underwent a heart procedure that forced him to cancel several Las Vegas shows planned for that month. "Just wanted to share with you some clarity with specificity what's been going on with my physicality," he said in a video message at the time. "There's been rumors flying around here and there about this and that. So, I'm here to just crystallize and make it clear. Last Saturday I had an incident where I asked my wife Cindy to take me to the hospital 'cause I had this thing happening in my chest."
