Austin graced the cover of the VMan magazine's Fall/Winter 2022 issue in a sultry black-and-white photo from behind. While technically the actor is the star of the cover, his girlfriend stole the spotlight, with her arms alone.
In the said photo, Austin's back is towards the camera as two pairs of arms are seen loosely wrap around his neck. Although it can't be seen exactly who's embracing "The Carrie Diaries" actor, a small hint is given thanks to the appearance of Kaia's delicate wrist tattoo that reads "I know" with the words crossed out by a singular line.
Shortly after VMan magazine released the photo on social media, many of Austin's fans noticed Kaia's arms. "KAIA'S ARMS??? omg this is so sexy," one person raved. Another said, "so lucky to be kaia…i want to hug this man too."
Kaia and Austin sparked romance rumors in December 2021. At that time, the twosome was caught on camera attending a yoga class together. The lovebirds later left with the "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" star driving his girlfriend's car.
Then in January, the pair were spotted looking cozy in photos of them out and about in Los Angeles. Since then, the 20-year-old model hasn't been shy to show her love to the "Dune: Part Two" actor publicly.

However, once they reached the top of the Metropolitan Museum of Art staircase, they leaned in to share a sweet kiss as the actor grabbed his girlfriend's hand.
That same month, Kaia and Austin shared a passionate kiss at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival premiere of Austin's movie "Elvis". At the event, the couple held each other's heads with both hands before locking lips in the middle of the crowd.
