The former Miss USA runner-up gushes over her drummer ex-husband's 'beautiful wife Kourtney,' who reportedly refuses to leave his side since he's admitted to the hospital on Tuesday, June 28.

AceShowbiz - Shanna Moakler has praised Kourtney Kardashian for her "loving support" for Travis Barker amid his hospitalization. Breaking her silence on her ex-husband's health issue, the model gushed over the drummer's "beautiful wife" in a statement.

"Thank you to everyone who has reached out with concern to my ex and father of my children," Shanna, who shares son Landon, 18, and daughter Alabama, 16, with Travis, said in the statement to the press on June 30. "I know he is in great hands and surrounded by loving support and the best medical teams available and his beautiful wife Kourtney."

"I pray for a speedy recovery and for the comfort of my children as I know they are very concerned and worried," the 47-year-old added. Hopeful that Travis will recover from his current illness, she noted, "Travis has a beat the odds numerous times and I know with his support system he will do it again. I will always be there for him and my children."

Travis was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance on Tuesday, June 28. He reportedly complained about "extreme stomach pain" and first arrived at West Hills Hospital and Medical Center on Tuesday morning to get treatment for his mystery issue, before he was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he was later diagnosed with pancreatitis due to a recent colonoscopy.

The rocker was seen being wheeled out of the ambulance while holding up his right hand, revealing his distinct skull tattoo, as his wife, who was only seen from the back dressed head-to-foot in black with a hoodie covering her head, followed on foot. Sources have spilled to TMZ that the reality TV star has not left the hospital as of Thursday since her husband was admitted.

A source also told E! News on Thursday that the Blink-182 drummer is expected to be "ok and is doing better." The source added, "Kourtney is trying to lift his spirits and hates seeing him in excruciating pain."
