AceShowbiz - Selena Gomez has shared a little insight into Britney Spears' wedding to Sam Asghari. Being invited as one of the guests at the star-studded celebrations, the singer/actress gushed that it was "beautiful."

The 29-year-old star talked about attending Britney's June 9 nuptials while appearing on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Thursday, June 16 alongside her "Only Murders in the Building" co-stars Martin Short and Steve Martin. "I am really happy for her. It was beautiful," she gushed about her fellow star's big day.

"A Thursday wedding … doesn't that usually indicate that the bride and groom are trying to get a discount?" Jimmy Kimmel joked. "I wouldn't know," Selena replied. When asked what kind of food they served at the reception, Selena replied with giggle that they served "finger foods."

For the wedding held at Britney's home in Thousand Oaks, Los Angeles, Selena wore a blue strapless jumpsuit. She sang Madonna's 1990 hit "Vogue" alongside the Queen of Pop herself, Drew Barrymore, Paris Hilton, Donatella Versace and the bride.

Paris' husband Carter Reum and mom Kathy Hilton, will.i.am, Ansel Elgort and Maria Menounos were also among high-profile guests at the nuptials. Following an intimate ceremony, the pop star and her guests partied the night away until around 11:30 P.M.

Paris' song "Stars Are Blind" was played at the wedding. Britney also danced to her own hit "Toxic" alongside Madonna and Selena. Elsewhere during the party, Britney and Madonna cheekily locked lips to recreate their iconic onstage kiss from the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards.

Prior to her appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!", Selena mentioned about attending the wedding on her Instagram Story. "Congrats Britney!! So honored to have been part of you wedding day. Love you!!" she posted on June 11.
