The newly-engaged couple is back to house hunting, checking out estates in Beverly Hills and Bel-Air, after the deal for the mega mansion reportedly fell through.

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are not moving to a $55 million Bel-Air mansion. The couple's plan to blend their families seemingly has to be put on hold as they are back to square one to find their dream home.

After house-hunting for weeks, J.Lo and Ben had previously locked in the mega mansion. However, following their engagement, the actress/singer and her fiance are not buying the house because the deal fell out of escrow, so sources close to the seller tell TMZ. It's not clear what caused the pair to have had a change of heart about the house.

J.Lo and Ben are now back on the hunt for homes. Over the weekend, the pair were seen checking out estates in Beverly Hills and Bell-Air, valued at $64 million and $72 million respectively, according to the outlet.

The "Hustlers" star and the "Triple Frontier" actor reportedly checked out a third house as well. They were joined by his two youngest kids, Seraphina, 13, and Samuel, ten, whom he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, when spending about two hours to check out the three houses.

During the outing, Jen put on her new engagement ring that was previously missing from her ring finger prior to the announcement. The 52-year-old actress rocked a white tank top under an open button-down, dark-wash jeans and a pair of silver hoop earrings. As for the 49-year-old actor, he kept it simple in a light blue button-down.

J.Lo confirmed her engagement to Ben in an Instagram video unleashed on Friday, April 8. She looked emotional in the sweet clip as she was seen staring tearfully and adoringly at the gorgeous green-hued diamond ring. "You're perfect," she said in a voiceover as romantic music played in the background.

A few hours prior to the release of the video, she ditched the emerald green ring when she and her fiance checked in on some commercial real estate in Los Angeles. During the outing, the couple was making out outside an empty office studio housed in a warehouse of some sort that they were checking out. In one of the snaps, Jen had her arm wrapped around Ben's waist and the ring wasn't there. It appeared that the "Marry Me" star tried to keep it low-key before going public with their engagement.
