The eldest daughter of 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star reportedly 'wants to be single' right now to 'focus on her career' months after experiencing 'scary' battle with accidental overdose.

AceShowbiz - Delilah Hamlin is no longer together with Eyal Booker. The eldest daughter of Lisa Rinna reportedly split from the season 4 contestant of "Love Island" before New Year's Eve so she could begin 2022 with "a fresh start."

On Monday, January 10, a source spilled to Daily Mail, "Delilah ended her relationship with Eyal before New Year's Eve. It was important to her that 2022 could be a fresh start." The informant went on to note that the daughter of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star "right now wants to be single and focus on her career."

"Last year, she experienced some difficult times, but she's come out the other side stronger than ever and is happy," the so-called inside source added. The insider also shared that Delilah is currently "enjoying time with friends and family, as well as looking positivity to the future."

Of the couple's breakup, the source insisted that it was "amicable." It is also reported that the older sister of Amelia Hamlin is in a "happy and good place" despite going separate ways with her partner of two years.

A separate source told PEOPLE that "the relationship simply ran its course." The insider noted that there was "no cheating," highlighting, "She's busy working and focused on her career right now. She's doing fine and has nothing but respect for him, it was just time to close that chapter and move on."

Delilah intended to begin 2022 with a new start after revealing last November that she had been hospitalized following an accidental drugs overdose. After having her second vaccination against COVID-19, Delilah suffered a panic attack and she became unwell when the jab prompted an autoimmune disease reaction in her body.

Delilah was then diagnosed with several illnesses including Lyme disease, causing her to be on multiple antibiotics and supplements but her panic attacks became so worrying that she needed the help of a psychiatrist. After attempting to seek treatment for her panic attacks, Delilah revealed that she was over-prescribed and told to take "three milligrams of Xanax a day." She later ended up in the hospital.

Amid her "scary" health journey, Delilah reportedly leaned on Eyal as she found him to be "her rock." A source said at the time that "he's been super supportive all along," noting that "it's been hard on him too but he's 100 percent there for her."

"Delilah and Eyal have been together this entire time. They were apart for a bit when he was in Europe, but they always come back to each other," the insider further explained. "He can't stay here in the U.S. for long periods of time and she can't spend too long in London, mainly because of the COVID-19 travel restrictions."
