AceShowbiz - Megan Fox has been caught making a late-night visit to a plastic surgeon. When leaving the doctor's office in Beverly Hills, the actress was pictured trying to hide her face in an apparent futile effort to conceal her very plump pout.

The 35-year-old beauty was photographed leaving The Diamond Face Institute, the home of famed plastic surgeon Dr. Jason B. Diamond, on Monday night, December 15. In photos obtained by Daily Mail, she suspiciously used the hood of her gray sweatshirt to cover up her plumper lips.

Megan went lowkey for the nighttime appointment. She paired her cozy oversized sweatshirt with matching FreeCity sweatpants that had black hearts running down one leg. Her long raven hair was styled in loose curls and let loose.

She also wore a baby blue baseball cap that poked out from under her sweatshirt's hood. Clearly opting for comfort, she went with a pair of fuzzy leopard print slippers. Her nails were painted jade green.

The girlfriend of Machine Gun Kelly had a face mask, which she didn't use, tangled in her fingers. She also left Dr. Diamond's office with a bag full goodies and aftercare items slung on her hand. When she arrived to her parked vehicle, she had to move her hands away from her face to open the door. Sitting behind the wheel, she briefly checked her reflection on her mirrored sun vizor.

Megan has long battled allegations of plastic surgery. Back in 2011, she debunked speculation that she had "frozen" her face with Botox by sharing selfies to show she was able to make various expressions that would seemingly be impossible to make if she had had work done on her face.

Dr. Jason B. Diamond's office is also frequented by the Kardashians. His celebrity clients include Kim Kardashian, Chrissy Teigen and Hilary Duff.
