The 'Boyz' singer admits she is not on speaking terms with former bandmates Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall, and Perrie Edwards, but she insists she has no hard feelings towards them.

AceShowbiz - Jesy Nelson has admitted it's "sad" she doesn't speak to Little Mix anymore.

The "Boyz" singer quit the group in December 2020 and things appeared to have grown increasingly acrimonious between the former bandmates in recent months, with Leigh-Anne Pinnock seemingly accusing her of blackfishing in leaked texts, prompting Nicki Minaj to wade in and brand Leigh-Anne a "jealous clown."

But Jesy insisted there is no "bad blood" on her side, and she is hopeful she can be friends with Leigh-Anne, Jade Thirlwall, and Perrie Edwards again one day.

Speaking to talk show host Graham Norton, she admitted, "We're not talking any more. It is sad but honestly there is no bad blood from my side, and I still love them to pieces and genuinely wish them all the best."

"I loved my time with them, and we've got the most incredible memories together but It's just one of those things which needs to take time, so who knows. To me they are still the 'sickest' girl band in the world."

Meanwhile, Jesy added that while she's hoping to build on the popularity of her debut solo single "Boyz" with an album, she doesn't want to rush the record.

"I'm still in the writing process and I don't want to rush things," she admitted.

P. Diddy has a cameo role in the "Boyz" video and Jesy revealed she was keen to have him involved as soon as she heard the song for the first time.

"From the moment I wrote the song I knew I wanted him in it," she smiled. "He heard the song and loved it and then said he would be in the video. I feel like he definitely thought I was in the Spice Girls!"
