The 'Crank That (Soulja Boy)' hitmaker has been accused of abuse and battery by an unidentified woman who claimed she was initially hired to work as his personal assistant.

AceShowbiz - Rapper Soulja Boy has been ordered to cut all contact with a woman who is suing him for sexual assault and battery as part of a new domestic violence restraining order.

The "Crank That (Soulja Boy)" hitmaker, real name DeAndre Cortez Way, has agreed to steer clear of the female for three years, with the protection order expiring in July 2024.

According to TMZ, the alleged victim, whose identity has not been released, is the same woman who filed suit against the star in January, claiming she was abused for almost two years, after she was initially hired to work as his personal assistant.

In a statement about the abuse, Neama Rahmani, the victim's attorney, said, "Way's treatment of our client, as an employee and as a person who deserves respect, has traumatized and filled her with fear."

"His abuse imprisoned her physically, mentally and emotionally. When she mustered the courage to flee, he impoverished her," the lawyer continued. "His exploitation severely hampered our client's ability to re-establish herself in the workplace and in society. We believe he should be held accountable."

Soulja has denied the allegations. In documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, his lawyer wrote, "With respect to all causes of action, even if someone is liable for improper or illegal conduct, a fact which Defendant denies, Defendant is in no way or manner vicariously liable for that conduct."

He's also been accused of sexual battery and domestic abuse by an ex-girlfriend, who alleges she suffered a miscarriage after one particularly bad beating. He has also refuted those accusations and is seeking to have the civil suit dismissed.
