AceShowbiz - Rapper Lil Uzi Vert has been accused of hitting his ex-girlfriend Brittany Byrd during an altercation in Los Angeles on Friday (02Jul21).

The "XO Tour Llif3" star hit headlines after allegedly pulling up to West Hollywood's Dialog Cafe and confronting fellow rapper SAINt JHN, who was having a meeting inside with a group of people, including Byrd.

Sources tell TMZ they had been discussing a business project when Uzi burst into the eatery and attempted to throw a punch at JHN, only to miss and fall to the ground, causing him to drop his gun.

Byrd attempted to approach Uzi, but he is said to have grabbed the firearm and pushed it into her stomach, before hitting her and fleeing the scene.

She subsequently filed a police report against her ex over the incident, and was photographed speaking to an officer outside the West Hollywood Sheriff's substation while clearly displaying a pregnant belly.

TMZ reports Byrd spoke to authorities after heading into a nearby hospital for a medical check-up.

Representatives for Uzi and JHN have yet to comment on the clash, but cops are eager to question both men about the fall out.

Rumor has it, Los Angeles police are seeking to question both the rappers as they launched investigation into the incident.

Early this year, Lil Uzi Vert was romantically linked to JT.

He even had a fallout with fellow rapper Lil Yachty over the City Girls member. Uzi mentioned Yachty in a tweet, "wya you know what u did in 2018," along with an angry face emoticon.

Yachty seemed to be a bit confused after the sudden callout. The "Speed Me Up" rapper replied, "What I do," adding a surprised face emoji.

In response, Uzi simply wrote, "JT."
