The 'Tupac Back' rapper appears to minimize the actress/comedian's actions by comparing plagiarizing to finessing as he criticizes Twitter users for canceling her.

AceShowbiz - Meek Mill has earned backlash for jumping to B. Simone's defense as she's accused of plagiarism. The social media personality is widely criticized after it's revealed that she copied worksheets from Pinterest accounts for her book "Baby Girl: Manifest the Life You Want".
Taking to his Twitter account, Meek appeared to minimize Simone's actions by liking plagiarism to finessing. "B Simone canceled because she finnesed a book and made her way from the bottom lol what major companies y’all cancel for ripping our culture off?" he weighed in on the controversy. "finding ways to display hate towards our own when they start doing good is showing amongst us a lot!"
He went on arguing, "N***as rap about selling drugs and a life they didn't live is that not finessing their own tho? A Louie shirt a stack ... a Chanel 5500$ I don't even think they donate to blacks they number one in our culture ... Im just getting confused what we standing for collectively."
"give me ya point why a girl from where we come from should be canceled because she finnesed a lil bit..," the 33-year-old Philadelphia rapper continued defending the actress/comedian. "I really wanna know how people really think?"
But people who noticed Meek's tweets were quick to respond to his opinions, reminding him that he was beefing with Drake over ghostwriting accusation. "Meek Mill is standing up for B Simone for plagiarism but was beefing with Drake for having a ghostwriter," one pointed out.
"Meek Mill really out here defending B. Simone for plagiarism but mad that Drake had a ghostwriter... Yep, sounds like bulls**t," another clapped back at the "Ima Boss" hitmaker. Another similarly wrote, "So Meek Mill defending B Simone but went on full attack on Drake for doing the same thing."
"How Meek defending B. Simone for plagiarism, but was ready to end Drake because he supposedly had a ghost writer?" tweeted another user. Someone else added, "Bro you jumped Quentin Miller cuz he was credited on a Drake album."
Not a fan of both Meek and Simone, one person called them out, "Meek Mill and B. Simone have one thing in common, they get in their own way by talking too much."
Responding to the backlash, Meek then shared a link to an article about his comments on Simone and explained his stance, "I never even checked what she really did I'm just tired of seeing blacks canceling blacks ... they got us ranked in last place already chill with that s**t."
Simone recently also went under fire after saying in an interview with Nick Cannon that she wouldn't be dating someone with a 9-to-5 job. "He can't have a 9-5," she revealed the qualifications of a man that she would be dating. "He can be a hustling entrepreneur," she added, saying that she wanted someone with "CEO status."
