The former 'Glee' leading lady is accused of verbally attacking actress Monica Moskatow who was hired as her lookalike at a party celebrating the FOX television series.

AceShowbiz - Tragic Cory Monteith has been praised for comforting actress Monica Moskatow after she was allegedly branded ugly by his "Glee" co-star Lea Michele.

The 33 year old has found herself at the centre of bullying allegations ever since castmate Samantha Ware came forward last weekend, claiming she made her life a "living hell" during her time on the hit TV musical series.

A string of former colleagues, including co-stars Heather Morris and Amber Riley, have since also shared their unpleasant experiences online, with Michele, who is pregnant with her first child, issuing a statement apologising for her past behaviour and "any pain" she may have caused as she vowed to do better.

Now Moskatow has added her voice to those treated badly, recalling how she had been hired to work at a 2009 "Glee" premiere party, posing as a lookalike for Rachel Berry - the character played onscreen by Michele.

"I didn't know my character was the lead let alone who played her," she wrote on Instagram. "When the actors arrived at the event and found out there were lookalikes of them Lea came searching for me. When she saw me she said, 'oh my god! Could they have picked someone uglier!' "

Michele's response prompted Monteith, who portrayed "Glee" 's male lead Finn Hudson, to comfort her, "(He) saw the look on my face and said, 'don't listen to her she's just jealous, you're beautiful.' I never forgot that."

Meanwhile, former "The Voice" contestant Jordan Pruitt claims the bullying allegations made against Michele shouldn't have come as much of a surprise to many in the industry.

"Everyone in Hollywood KNOWS that Lea Michele is a horrible human being .... she is a B**ch to everyone," Pruitt tweeted. "We all know it ... yawn. Moving on..."
