The Baton Rouge rapper says that the fact that they don't let the disgraced commedian out of jail is an act of racism, ranting, 'That's racist towards his money and everything he done worked for!'

AceShowbiz - Boosie Badazz a.k.a. Lil Boosie thinks that Bill Cosby is being unfairly treated. Speaking to Vlad in a new interview, the Baton Rouge rapper goes off while comparing Bill and 6ix9ine (Tekashi69), who has been out of jail.

"I'm pissed off. I don't give a f**k who don't like it," said Boosie. Suggesting that the blame was on the victims of Bill's alleged sexual assault, he continued, "Quaaludes was like X pills back in the day, everybody was taking them bitches. Everybody was taking 'em! Bitch, you knew what you was taking. Free Bill Cosby."

"80-something years old and you let a rat out of jail," he went on ranting, referencing Tekashi69. "You let a rat out of jail, man! This man got a couple years and you not gon' let him out of jail with the corona goin' on. That's racist."

"That's racist towards his money and everything he done worked for! You letting all these motherf***ers out but you won't let an 80-something-year-old man out? That's f***ing racist!" Boosie added.

6ix9ine, real name Daniel Hernandez, was sentenced to 24 months behind bars for gang-related activity in December 2019. He was then released from prison earlier this month and allowed to serve out the rest of his federal sentence at home due to coronavirus concerns as he is an asthma sufferer.

The "FEFE" hitmaker recently filed legal documents asking Judge Engelmayer to allow the rapper to spend up to 2 hours in his backyard once a week to work on music videos. The docs note that the hip-hop star's probation officer is aware of the request and has no objection, so he just needs the judge's stamp of approval too.

It appeared that it wasn't hard for him to get the permission. According to reports, Judge Engelmayer gave the rapper permission "to conduct employment-related activities outside of the residence but within the confines of the rented property."
