The woman using the pseudonym Jane Doe claims the 'Choppa Choppa Down' rapper and his employee gave her drinks that left her completely blacked out and then raped her.

AceShowbiz - French Montana is facing a serious legal issue. The "Unforgettable" hitmaker, whose real name is Karim Kharbouch, has been hit with a lawsuit for alleged sexual battery by a woman, who is using the pseudonym Jane Doe.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the woman sued French, his employee and Coke Boy Records. She claims that she was drugged and raped at his home on March 28, 2018.

In the lawsuit, Jane says she was invited to the recording studio on La Brea Ave. She claims French took an interest in her and provided her drinks and then invited her back to his home with Mansour. They arrived at French's home around 6 A.M. and was told to take a shot by defendants, which left her completely blacked out.

She remembers being incapacitated and "several men coming in and out of the bedroom." She believes French "was one of the men who entered the room and sexually assaulted her." When she regained consciousness around 1:30 P.M., she found Mansour "spooning" her. She woke up confused, intoxicated and "felt a pain in her pelvis, lower back and vagina."

Jane says she started "crying hysterically because she felt that she had been drugged and raped" and grabbed her possessions and left. She then went to Kaiser Permanente Medical Center and had a rape kit administered, which showed the presence of semen. She also reported the alleged rape to police.

In the lawsuit, Jane accuses the defendants of assault and battery, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent hiring, supervision and retention, and negligence. She is seeking damages for "extreme emotional distress, anxiety, flashbacks and depression," claiming that the incident has stalled her career as a model which she just started pursuing.

Jane additionally claims that French has done similar things to other women. She says French "had a longstanding practice of inviting women to their recording sessions, or choosing women at bars, and inviting them back to the Hidden hills house." She claims they would supply women with drinks and drugs, "with the purpose of engaging in sexual acts with them, without any regard to whether or not they consented, or were able to consent."

French has not responded to the allegations.
