Sharing a sweet post as the world deals with the pandemic, the 'Underworld' star expresses her gratitude to her English friends who have shown her kindness in times of terror.

AceShowbiz - Kate Beckinsale has found a silver lining in the coronavirus gloom thanks to friends who have shown her isolated parents "kindness" during the health scare.

The British actress, who is based in Los Angeles, took to Instagram on Tuesday (March 17) to share a text chain, in which several English friends offered to look in on her elderly parents as a pandemic lockdown grips the globe.

The "Pearl Harbor" star noted her pals don't live near her 73-year-old mother, Judy, and her stepfather, Roy, but they were willing to risk their own health to look in on them.

"In these horrid uncertain times with everyone trying to look after themselves, so many of my dearest English friends have independently of each other offered to help my mum," she wrote. "None of them live nearby and all of them are among the best and kindest people in the world with their own families and responsibilities and fears."

The "Underworld" star concluded her message with uplifting words for her followers, encouraging them to be "kind" in times of "terror."

"Within all the terror is the absolute grace of kindness," she shared. "Let's all pass it on any way we can. It’s the light in the dark. I love you people."
