Steve Harvey's 23-year-old stepdaughter hints at how long her rapper boyfriend has been pursuing her before they eventually make their relationship official this year.

AceShowbiz - Lori Harvey shared a "fun fact" about her relationship with boyfriend Future. Steve Harvey's stepdaughter gave her 2 million Instagram followers a hint at how long her rapper beau had set his eyes on her.

The brunette stunner posted on her Story a picture of her adorable bulldog and revealed she got the lovely pet from the "Life Is Good" rapper in 2018. "Fun fact: @future got him for me 2 years ago," so she wrote in the caption.

Lori indeed caught Future's attention in 2018. When she's spotted trying to hide from paparazzi on a night out, he commented, "You ducked too late. I see you. I like that, it's cute. Keep it up."

That year, Lori called off her relationship with soccer player Memphis Depay after they got engaged for roughly a year. She was later linked to Trey Songz, P. Diddy's son Justin, and Diddy himself.

While Lori was single in 2018, Future still had a pregnant girlfriend named Joie Chavis back then. They introduced their baby boy in December 2018. It's unclear when they broke up, but he has often been spotted with Lori since 2019.

After months of rumors, they finally made it official when she celebrated her 23rd birthday in January this year. They went on a trip to Jamaica with a group of friends including Normani Kordei, Ryan Destiny, Jordyn Woods, Winnie Harlow, and Fabolous' stepdaughter Taina Williams.

Despite criticisms due to Future's baby mama dramas, they never talked about their relationship to the media. However, she recently admitted to getting frustrated over the constant internet chatters about her love life. She said, "A lot of things are false about me in the media because click bait is very real."

But she "developed a tough skin through it all." She explained, "You know you just kind of have to learn that like, if someone wants to think the worst of you, they're gonna think the worst of you no matter what you're saying."

It's hard for her not to respond to all the rumors floating online, and she thanked her loved ones for keeping her sane. "I have a really great support system," she said. "And they, like, are very helpful. They're just like, 'Don't read it, you're fine. You're good.' "
