AceShowbiz - Disney star Devan Leos has escaped jail time after striking a plea deal in his attempted murder case.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ the "Mighty Med" star pleaded no contest to one count of attempted murder back in April, and was sentenced to five years of probation, 120 hours of volunteer work at a homeless shelter and 30 days with California Department of Transportation.
A further one count of assault with a deadly weapon was dismissed.
The plea deal stems from a December, 2018 incident at a 7-Eleven convenience store in Los Angeles when Devan and a friend became involved in an argument with a homeless person.
Sources claimed the actor and his pal allegedly drove toward the transient and accelerated several times before driving onto the curb and knocking down the perpetrator down.
Devan has also appeared in the shows "Austin & Ally", "iCarly" and "The Middle". His film roles include parts in "Grave Secrets" and "The Pretty One".
