AceShowbiz - Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield brought their on-screen romance as Gwen Stacy and Peter Parker in "The Amazing Spider-Man" to real life for about four years, making them one of Hollywood's hottest young couples at the time. But just like their characters' fate in the movie, the pair called it quits in 2015.
Despite their failed romance, they remain friends and keep supporting each other. They didn't even hesitate to show that when they shared a warm hug at a pre-party for the 2017 BAFTAs in London in addition to the "Hacksaw Ridge" actor giving Emma a standing ovation when she received her Best Actress Golden Globe a month before. Speaking on Variety's podcast, Andrew shared, "There is so much love between us and so much respect. I am her biggest fan as an artist."
