The UFC fighter, who was hit with one count of assault for punching a man in a Dublin pub, has reached a private financial settlement with his victim prior to the November 1 hearing.

AceShowbiz - UFC star Conor McGregor has escaped jail time after pleading guilty to assaulting a man in a pub in his native Ireland.
The fighter faced up to six months behind bars for the attack at Dublin's Marble Arch pub in April, when he was confronted by another patron who took issue with McGregor's behaviour, claiming he was acting like a jerk.
The other man then began talking trash about the athlete's career, causing McGregor to lose his temper and punch the critic.
A police investigation was launched, and the sportsman was slapped with one count of assault.
He appeared in court on Friday, November 1, to enter his guilty plea, and was let off with a fine of 1,000 Euros ($1,120/£870).
During the hearing, it was confirmed that McGregor had already reached a private financial settlement with the victim, although specific details about the pay off were not revealed.
