In a new magazine interview, the leading lady of 'On the Basis of Sex' additionally talks about how she spends her perfect day with her British director and producer husband, Charles Guard.

AceShowbiz - Actress Felicity Jones is finding married life "a joy" amid working in such an unstable profession.

The British star has been enjoying huge success over the last few years with roles in "Star Wars" flick "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story", "The Theory of Everything", and starring as U.S. women's rights icon Ruth Bader Ginsburg in "On The Basis of Sex".

However, amidst her meteoric rise, the 36-year-old, who married British director and producer Charles Guard two years ago, shared in an interview with Porter Magazine published on Friday, November 1, that she found marriage provides her with the kind of stability missing from her working life.

"It's a joy," she told the publication. "It's wonderful to have such stability in a very changeable profession."

And speaking about how she spend her perfect day with her husband, the actress, who will soon be seen in "The Aeronauts", where she reunites with her "The Theory of Everything" co-star Eddie Redmayne, shared their refreshingly down to earth plans.

"Oh, we were just saying this morning, if we didn't have anything to do today – a long walk across Hampstead Heath... a proper walk, in wellington boots… a pub lunch and a movie," she smiled. "I so want to see 'Ad Astra'!".

Elsewhere in the interview, Felicity opened up on the balloon crash she endured during filming of the biographical movie, which centres on daredevil pilot Amelia Rennes and weather scientist James Glaisher in a fight for survival while attempting to make discoveries in a gas balloon.

"My eye missed the metal corner of this wooden chest, by about five centimeters," Felicity recalled. "I was wearing a corset as well, to add insult to injury, and at that moment I thought I might actually have broken my back, as I couldn't move."

"Eddie and I (were) holding hands and hoping for the best as we hit the ground at an incredible velocity."

"The Aeronauts" begins hitting movie screens from November 4.
