AceShowbiz - Gina Rodriguez has apologised after upsetting fans by using the N-word in an Instagram Story video.
The "Jane the Virgin" star uploaded footage of herself getting ready for a night out while singing along to The Fugees' hit "Ready or Not", which features the derogatory word.
Gina felt sure she was just hitting the high notes, but followers took offence and demanded an apology.
"Hey, what's up everybody. I just wanted to reach out and apologise," the actress said on her Instagram Story on Tuesday, October 15. "I am sorry if I offended anyone by singing along to The Fugees, to a song I love, that I grew up on. I love Lauryn Hill and I really am sorry if I offended you."
