According to Complex, the 24-year-old spitter will still release her music through 1501 Certified Ent/300. However, she will be backed by Roc Nation in managerial decisions. It is similar to Meek Mill and DJ Khaled who are both signed to separate labels.

Megan previously hinted at her joining Jeezy's management after she was snapped attending Puma's 5th Avenue opening with the "4:44" rapper back in August, much to everyone's surprises.

The new deal with Roc Nation is only of the accomplishment that Megan has achieved this year as she recently dropped the music video for Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla $ign-featuring track "Hot Girl Summer", which marks the first female rap-collaboration to ever hit the top spot on iTunes U.S. chart. Her mixtape "Fever" was also well-received by critics and even became her first top ten effort on Billboard 200, peaking at No. 10. Fred Thomas for AllMusic.
