AceShowbiz - Rapper Nipsey Hussle's sister has officially been given custody of her brother's 10-year-old daughter.
Tanisha Foster, little Emani's birth mother, was in court on Monday, May 20 fighting to get her daughter back, but the slain rap star's family members made it clear she is an unfit mum.
Emani has been living with Nipsey's sister, Samantha Smith, since his death in March, according to TMZ.
Foster is now trying to work out a visitation schedule with the family, but left the court in tears, telling reporters she is "pissed off."
In her petition for custody, Smith stated she wanted to "ensure the continued stability for Emani and ensure that she will be able to maintain her current and ongoing relationship" with her family.
In court last week (ends May 17), Foster claimed she hadn't seen her daughter in months.
Tanisha currently has a warrant out for her arrest, relating to an unsettled 2017 DUI case. She has had several legal spats dating back to 2006.
Nipsey fathered another child, son Kross, with girlfriend Lauren London.
