Transportation Security Administration insists that the officers who was involved with the 'Upside Down' hitmaker's screening at New Orleans airport followed the protocols 'correctly.'

AceShowbiz - Transportation Security Administration agents have closed an investigation into a Diana Ross incident at a New Orleans airport, insisting it's much ado about nothing.

The soul legend claimed a female TSA agent was overly physical with her during a security pat-down at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International over the weekend (May 04-05), and her desciption of what went down prompted officials to look into the matter.

But on Wednesday, the case was closed after agents declared there was nothing to suggest she had been "violated" - as she claimed - on surveillance footage, and the officers involved with Diana's screening insist nothing untoward happened.

"The protocols for resolving alarms during Advanced Imaging Technology screening were correctly followed," an official statement obtained bt TMZ reads.

The agents have now asked Ross to detail the incident if she would like to continue her complaint.
