AceShowbiz - Actress Gina Rodriguez has married her fiance Joe LoCicero.
The "Jane the Virgin" star tied the knot with the actor-turned-Muay Thai fighter on Saturday, May 04, and shared the happy news with fans via Instagram on Monday, when she gave followers a sneak peak at video footage from their big day.
"May 4th, 2019 was absolute MAGIC," she gushed beside the post. "To my husband Joseph, I am yours forever."
The bride, who wore a simple ivory gown for the ceremony, also expressed her gratitude to those who helped to organise the romantic occasion.
"Thank you to my mother in law for the wedding of my dreams. And the village that helped her!" Gina wrote.
She went on to praise her TV co-star Justin Baldoni for apparently presiding over the nuptials, while Joe's brother, Michael, performed for guests as the actress walked down the aisle. "Special thank you to our soul brother @justinbaldoni and my new brother for singing me down the aisle Michael LoCicero...," she added.
The wedding news emerges two weeks after Gina admitted she couldn't wait to become Mrs. Joe LoCicero, after considering eloping for months.
While the couple attended the premiere of her new movie, "Someone Great", together in Hollywood on 17 April, Gina joked to Entertainment Tonight, "We're probably going to run away after this show!"
Although she didn't end up eloping, the star knew what she wanted to have as her wedding day staples. "Pizza, hopefully Joe and my family," she shared. "That's about it. I'm a simple girl."
Gina and Joe, 32, met on the set of "Jane the Virgin" in 2016, and became engaged last summer (18) as they celebrated her 34th birthday.
