Giving an update on the little boy's speech progress while celebrating his third birthday, the 'Jersey Shore' star writes, 'You know countless words, call me mommy 10394 times a day.'

AceShowbiz - Jenni "JWoww" Farley couldn't be prouder of his son Greyson who turned three on Sunday, May 5. Celebrating the little boy's birthday, the MTV personality took to Instagram to share a heartwarming tribute for her son in addition to giving fans an update on his speech progress.

Sharing several pictures of Greyson when he was still a baby, JWoww wrote on the photo-sharing platform, "When you were first born, you needed to stay in the hospital a few extra days... I got to stay with you and spend Mother's Day by your side. The perfect son from day one, so delicate and sweet. I can't even picture life before you because you and your sister complete me."

Recalling the time when Greyson "slept on my chest until you were a year old" because it was the only way to calm his chronic cough, the "Jersey Shore" star admitted that she was the one who needed it more since "hearing your breath every night calmed me." She added, "Now I wake up with your arm across my face or your butt on my head. I wouldn't have it any other way."

JWoww went on sharing an update on Greyson's, who had developmental struggles, speech progress as saying, "As you turn three, you know countless words, call me mommy 10394 times a day and your smile has grown 10x." She concluded, "To my perfect son, happy birthday... I'll continue to hold you every night until my last breath."

The "Snooki & JWoww" star later followed it up with a video of Greyson being presented with a birthday cake. The boy was seen smiling as he blew off the candles beside his sister, Meilani. "Special [cake emoji] for my special boy happy birthday," she captioned the video.

Greyson is JWoww's second child with her estranged husband Roger Mathews. She filed for divorce from him last year.
