Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco, Simon Helberg, Kunal Nayyar, Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch have come together outside the TCL Chinese Theatre to leave their mark in wet cement.

AceShowbiz - The cast of "The Big Bang Theory" came together on Hollywood Boulevard on Wednesday, May 01, to place their hands in wet cement outside the TCL Chinese Theatre.

Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco, Simon Helberg, Kunal Nayyar, Mayim Bialik, and Melissa Rauch all took part in the big ceremony as their television series became the first to be honoured in such a way.

The stars have just wrapped filming their final episode, which will wrap up the show's 12-season run later this month.

Executive producer and co-creator Chuck Lorre, who saluted his stars at the event, said, "Having just wrapped the final episode the night before, we're on a bit of an emotional roller-coaster, but we can definitely count this iconic handprint ceremony at the Chinese Theatre as one of the highs."

"We'd like to thank all of our viewers who've supported us over the last 12 years and made an unforgettable event like this possible."

"The Big Bang Theory" will sign off as the longest-running multi-camera series in television history on 16 May.
