AceShowbiz - Sarah Hyland proves that she's determined once she has set a goal. The "Modern Family" star has taken to her Instagram account to post a photo of her in a skimpy bikini while sharing to her online devotees that she is committed to staying active amid her health issues.

The 28-year-old actress got candid on the Thursday, April 18 post. "I'm putting this #tbt out there to remind myself that I can make it to the gym," she wrote alongside the picture which featured her donning a tiny gold bikini while enjoying the beach. "Lately I'e been making excuses because of the constant pain from health issues. But no more."

She continued saying, "A woman's body is a miraculous thing and we can do anything we set our minds to. #summer #bodygoals here I come."

Her fans seemingly found her post relatable as one wrote in the comment section, "I needed this today. Gotta stop feeling sorry for myself and take this fat ass to gym." Another fan sent supportive message to the actress by saying, "I freaking love that your goal body picture is a picture of you living your happiest and healthiest life. Get. It. Girl. You are so bada** and strong."

Her boyfriend Well Adams also commented on the post, though it seemed like the 34-year-old wanted everything but going to the gym, at least for today. "Coming straight home now. Don’t move," he wrote, to which his girlfriend replied with three smirky face emojis.

Sarah has been battling health issues with her kidneys as well as endometriosis for a quite long time. Her most recent surgeries took place in December, when she underwent a second kidney transplant after her body rejected the first donor kidney, which was from her father. Additionally, she had two surgeries in a span of two weeks last spring, a laparoscopic one for endometriosis and another to repair a hernia.
