AceShowbiz - Celine Dion has been spotted stepping out again with her close pal Pepe Munoz, whom she was rumored having a romantic relationship with in 2018. The two attended the Valentino Fashion Show, in Paris on Wednesday, January 23.
The 34-year-old dancer got protective over the 50-year-old Canadian singer as she was swarmed by photographers while leaving the venue. The handsome hunk put his hands around the pop diva to keep the space between her and paparazzi as she tried to shield her eyes from the blitz.
For the occasion, Celine cut a elegant and sophisticated look in a silky sandy blouse and long beige skirt. She teamed the soft-colored outfit with a pair of maroon pumps and matching handbag. She accessorized with a pair of dangling earrings and a gold band on her pinky finger.
Pepe also looked fashionable in a matching cream-colored sweater teamed with a black leather jacket and gloves. His black hair was slicked back and he wore black-rimmed glasses.
Celine and Pepe have been enjoying each other's companion during Paris Fashion Week. On Tuesday, they were seen sitting front row at the Alexandre Vauthier Haute Couture Show. The dancer saved the "That's the Way It Is" hitmaker from wardrobe malfunction when her plunging black gown almost revealed a little more than she intended to. She thanked him with a sweet smile and a pat on his arm.
The two also attended RVDK Ronald Van Der Kemp's Spring/Summer 2019 show on Wednesday, where they once again secured the front row seats. Celine walked in on the arm of the Spaniard dancer and was seen whispering something into his ear during the presentation.
Celine and Pepe were rumored to be an item last year after spotted attending several fashion shows together, but sources said their relationship "is completely platonic." The singer, who lost her husband Rene Angelil to cancer in January 2016, told The Sun in 2017 that she's not ready for a new romance.
"Now it is definitely too soon for me. I am definitely in love with him [Rene], married to him," she said at the time. "He's the love of my life. It's very difficult for me to see myself with another person. The love that I have for him, I live it every day. And as a woman, we do have emotions and feelings that come and go. And it's always with him."
