Nearly a year after she filed for divorce from her estranged husband, the 'Celebrity Big Brother' alum gets warned by a judge that her petition will be dismissed if she fails to submit finalization papers.

AceShowbiz - Actor Doug Hutchison's estranged wife Courtney Stodden has been warned her divorce petition will be dismissed if she fails to take any further action.
The model, who was just 16 when she exchanged vows with the then-50-year-old "The Green Mile" star in 2011, first filed legal documents in a Los Angeles court in March, 2018, a year after the couple announced its separation.
She cited irreconcilable differences in her request to officially end the marriage, but after Hutchison failed to respond to the divorce papers, she asked for a default judgement to be issued in her favour.
Now it appears Stodden, who suffered a miscarriage in 2016, has abandoned her bid to restore her legal single status, as on Thursday, January 03, the judge overseeing the matter fired off a notice to the 24-year-old, urging her to lodge papers to finalise the divorce, or risk having the entire case dismissed and allowing the marriage to continue, reports The Blast.
She has yet to comment on the development.
