AceShowbiz - Almost everyone was shocked when Cardi B announced her split from Offset, just months after they welcomed their first child Kulture. However, it appears that the "Bodak Yellow" hitmaker's nemesis Nicki Minaj is not suprised by the separation.

According to a source, the self-proclaimed black Barbie "is well aware of all the rumors that follow Cardi and Offset." The source continues revealing to HollywoodLife.com, "[She] also understands how hard it is to have a lasting relationship in the world of hip hop with everyone trying to constantly drag you down so she understands."

The "Queen" star allegedly symphatizes her rival and is not taking pleasure in her heartbreak. With that being said, the Trinidadian star is trying to restrain herself from commenting on the matter. "Nicki does feel bad though, she hates to see any young family with a small baby fall apart, so for those reasons, Nicki is trying not to gloat and will keep her mouth shut about the break... for now," adds the source.

Cardi announced her separation from Offset in an Instagram video posted on Tuesday, December 4. "I've been trying to work things out with my baby's father for a hot minute now. We're really good friends and we're really good business partners," she said, "but things just haven't been working out between us for a long time."

Rumor has been running rampage that Cardi and the Migos rapper's marriage fell through after it was said that Offset cheated on her when she was 8 months pregnant with their daughter Kulture. However, recent report suggested that the pair were unlikely to get divorce because apparently Cardi is pregnant with their second child.

"Cardi's pregnant again. Her and Offset don't use protection [contraception]. So, of course, she was going to get pregnant again," a source claimed previously. "Cardi's pregnant, so her emotions are everywhere. I bet they get back together," the source says, but adds that Cardi is holding strong on her "breakup."
