AceShowbiz - Congratulations are in order for Mandy Moore and Taylor Goldsmith on becoming husband and wife. The 34-year-old brunette beauty and her musician fiance swapped the wedding vows in front of their family and close friends on Sunday afternoon, November 18 in Los Angeles.
The lovers tied the knot in the backyard of Mandy's home in the city. According to E! News, the theme of the wedding was "very hobo" with rugs surrounding the altar. "The flower arrangements were beautiful with lots of feathers," said an insider.
After exchanging the vows, the newlyweds reportedly took their guests such as Minka Kelly, Wilmer Valderrama and Milo Ventimiglia to The Fig House, a private event space in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, for the reception. There, the guests were treated to a massive amount of culinary options which were provided by Room Forty.
While towering wedding cakes have always been the No. 1 go-to for many brides and grooms, it wasn't the case for Mandy and Taylor. According to another insider, the "This Is Us" actress and the Dawes guitarist let guests try "12 different kind of cakes." They were also treated to a variety of drinks which included a "whiskey station and lots of wine."
It didn't came as a surprise to learn that Mandy and Taylor got married in secret, though. The former previously revealed her plan to keep the wedding ceremony small and intimate. "I don't think I'm going to have a big, old affair. So I think it will be small and quiet and private," she said. "We are both pretty quiet, private people. I never imagined myself with some beautiful dress in front of 300 people. It will be quiet and private - just for us."
Mandy and Taylor got engaged in fall last year after dating for two years. Prior to this, she was married to Ryan Adams for seven years.
