The former 'Hawthorne' actress reveals in the new episode of 'Red Table Talk' that she was crying when walking down the aisle to marry the 'Men in Black' star.

AceShowbiz - Jada Pinkett Smith didn't want to marry Will Smith after she fell pregnant with the couple's first child, Jaden Smith.

The actors wed in 1997 and welcomed their son seven months later and now Jada explains she only agreed to become Mrs. Smith because her mother insisted.

"It was almost as if Gammy was like, you have to get married," she says in a new episode of her Internet show "Red Table Talk". "I was under so much pressure, being a young actress - being young, pregnant, I was just like, 'I didn't know what to do'. But I knew I never wanted to be married."

Jada insists she knew she was pregnant moments after she conceived and began to worry about her future.

"I knew the moment after the act that I was pregnant," she continued. "I knew that night and he (Will) didn't believe me, but I knew. It was almost like that - you know those big locks on the bank? Those big turning locks? I could feel that in my womb, in my uterus. I was like, 'What am I gonna do now?'"

Will was very excited to tie the knot with Jada, but she admits she wasn't the happy bride, adding, "I went crying down the freaking aisle... I was so upset that I had to have a wedding."

"I just never really agreed with the construct (of marriage). I just don't agree with it. I never have. I still don't. Til death do us part is real for me, but all the rules and all of the ideas... and what you can't do because of this title 'wife' is very difficult... The accepted conventional definition of wife and the paradigm, I'm not that."
