One local. who is also expecting, was lucky to catch up with the royal. The brunette beauty revealed that her little one started to keep her up at night.
Charlotte Connell reveals to Sky News, "Meghan told me that pregnancy was like having jet lag." The 35-year-old continued saying, "She said she was up at 4:30 A.M. this morning doing yoga in her room as she couldn't sleep."
As her mom Doria Ragland is a yoga instructor in Los Angeles, yoga is definitely not a new thing for the former "Suits" actress. "Yoga is my thing," Meghan previously told Best Health Magazine. "My mom is a yoga instructor, and I started doing mommy-and-me yoga with her when I was seven."

Fully embracing the beach vibe, the Duchess donned a black sleeveless dress, while the Duke sported a blue shirt and a pair of khaki pants.
They had flower necklace around their necks. The soon-to-be mom opted for a pink one, while soon-to-be father Harry went for blue to match his shirt.
