The 'Modern Family' actress wears a tiny chain link bikini which barely covers her assets during a summer vacation in Mexico.

AceShowbiz - Sarah Hyland enjoys summer in every possible way despite the fact that she was hospitalized over a month ago due to a swollen face. This time, the "Modern Family" star posted a picture of herself with her major underboobs exposed during her vacation in El Dorado Maroma resort in Italy.
In the photo which she shared on Instagram Stories, the actress was seen wearing a tiny gold chain link bikini which barely covered her assets. Her underboobs were visible right under the bikini top. Sarah completed her look with oversized earrings and gold necklace. "Don't make me leave," she wrote on the post.
The "Vampire Academy" star didn't seem to shy to flaunt her surgery scar either. In another photo on her Instagram account, she posed on a yacht in a brown bikini, which revealed her long scar on her abdomen. She sported black sunglasses, which were perfect for the summer, a wide hat and a pair of yellow earrings. "Hi. My name is Sarah and I'm EXTRA #bigdickenergy #showyourscars #actnatural So many hashtags #experienceeldorado @eldoradoresorts @karismahotels," she encouraged her followers to show their scars on the caption.
It's not the first time Sarah flaunted her surgery scar. During the 4th of July, the 27-year-old actress confidently shared another photo of her in a bikini, revealing her scar from kidney transplant surgery. The brunette beauty was diagnosed with kidney dysplasia since she was a kid. She underwent numerous surgeries and she had a kidney transplant from her father in 2012.
Sarah opened up about her health issue on her Twitter account in 2017. She told her fans that she couldn't work out due to her health condition. "I have been told that I can't work out. Which, for me, is very upsetting," she said on the post. "I love to be STRONG. (I'll be using that word a lot) Strength is everything. Being strong has gotten me where I am. Both mentally and physically. I am not a fan of being skinny."

The actress also encouraged her fans to keep being grateful for their life. "I am grateful for the life I live and you should be too. Don't let other's comments alter any part of you! Love and positivity is what we need most, especially at a time like this," Sarah shared her advice. "The world may be falling apart but it's up to us to pull it back together. Smile, laugh, love, be happy, support your peers, work hard, be confident."
