The 25-year-old wears her hair in double buns as she throws the first pitch at the Los Angeles Dodgers vs San Francisco Giants baseball game at the Dodger Stadium.

AceShowbiz - Billie Lourd used her hair to pay a touching tribute to her late mother Carrie Fisher at a baseball game.

The 25-year-old was invited to throw the first pitch at the Los Angeles Dodgers vs San Francisco Giants baseball game at the Dodger Stadium on Friday, June 15, and made sure she involved the Star Wars icon in the occasion by wearing her hair in buns similar to Carrie's character Princess Leia.

"I got to throw out the first pitch at the @dodgers Star Wars night and despite making some of the most bizarre yet deeply focused faces I've ever made in my life I had the most surreal incredible time and still have lil butterflies from walking onto that legendary field," the Scream Queens star captioned a post on Instagram.

Hinting in one hashtag that the game was "emotional", Billie shared images from the night, including one of her enjoying a beer with friends and later posing with fans dressed up as Star Wars characters.

The actress also sported the same hairstyle while playing Kaydel Ko Connix alongside her mother in Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

At the baseball game, Billie wore a Dodgers jersey bearing the name Connix and the number three.

Carrie died at the age of 60 in December 2016, after going into cardiac arrest four days earlier.
