AceShowbiz - Frances Bean Cobain's ex-husband has accused his former wife's mum, Courtney Love, of hiring heavies to make his life a misery.
Isaiah Silva has filed suit against the Hole rocker, claiming she masterminded a house break-in, kidnap and even murder attempt, so she could get her hands on one of her late husband Kurt Cobain's guitars, which he was given as a wedding gift.
Frances recently gave up on trying to get the instrument back, so she could sign off on her divorce from Silva, but now it appears he's going after her mum.
In his lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, he alleges Sam Lutfi - Britney Spears' one-time manager - and two other men broke into his home, assaulted, kidnapped and attempted to murder him, and he believes Love was behind the attack on his life.
He is asking for unspecified damages.
