Scott Baio's Sex Assault Case to Be Reviewed

Los Angeles County District Attorney has been ordered to review the case, in which Baio is accused of molesting a girl when she was underage.

AceShowbiz - The Los Angeles County District Attorney has been handed Scott Baio's long-running sexual assault case for review.

Actress Nicole Eggert filed a police report claiming her former Charles in Charge castmate repeatedly molested her during the show's run, when she was underage.

Baio maintains he had sex with Eggert once - when she was 18.

The actress and her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, met with detectives from the Los Angeles Police Detective's sexual assault task force in February.
