AceShowbiz - Broadway producers had to cancel Saturday night's (May 12) performance of Jim Parsons' hit show "The Boys in the Band" after he sustained an injury onstage. "The Big Bang Theory" star tripped during the matinee's encore and ended up limping off the platform after joining his castmates to take a bow, and shortly after the curtain came down, officials announced that evening's production would no longer be going ahead.
"Due to a minor injury of a cast member, the Sat evening performance has been canceled [sic]," a show representative posted on Twitter. "Performances will resume Monday night."
