AceShowbiz - Colton Haynes' six-month marriage is officially over as the actor has filed for divorce. The "Teen Wolf" and "Arrow" star filed legal papers in Los Angeles on Tuesday, May 8, just six months after he and Jeff Leatham exchanged vows during a star-studded ceremony in Palm Springs, California, officiated by Kris Jenner.

News of Colton and Jeff's breakup hit the headlines last week and Haynes took to Twitter to defend his estranged husband after fans accused him of cheating. "Jeff would never cheat. He is an amazing man," the actor wrote. "Please stop being mean to him".

Both unfollowed each other on Instagram shortly after the split news broke and Colton has removed photos of the pair from his social media page and the word "husband" from his profile description.

Haynes sparked rumours that 46-year-old florist Jeff had cheated, after sharing a recording of a new song, entitled Man It Sucks. "Man it sucks that I'm even wasting time writing this song but you hurt me so damn bad, it's the only way that I can move on," the 29-year-old sings. He later revealed the track "was about a past relationship".

The split is the latest 2018 blow for Haynes, who lost his mother to cirrhosis of the liver in March.
