The new and last trailer for the Ryan Reynolds-starring movie also makes a reference to 'Avengers' and DC Universe.

AceShowbiz - Here's another sneak peek at "Deadpool 2" to tide you over before the movie release next month. Sharing a bunch of new footage, the video shows how Wade Wilson a.k.a. the Merc with a Mouth (Ryan Reynolds) recruits the members of his super group, which is later known as X-Force.

They include Neena Thurman/Domino (Zazie Beetz) who claims her superpower is luck, Bedlam who is played by Terry Crews, Shatterstar (Lewis Tan) and Peter (Rob Delaney), who seems to be a normal guy with no super power.

The X-Force is on mission to save Russell, a super-powered teen with pyrokentic abilities, from Cable (Josh Brolin). True to the nature of the first movie, Deadpool inserts a lot of jokes in his dialogs, even during a fight with Cable.

The Merc with a Mouth makes a reference to Brolin's "Avengers: Infinity War" character, Thanos, and compares Cable to DCU characters due to his dark personality. The trailer also shows a scene that spoofs "X-Men Origins: Wolverine", where Reynolds first made his debut as Deadpool.

To Entertainment Weekly, director David Leitch explains Deadpool's conflict with Cable. "They both have their competing agendas: one is to capture the kid and one is to save the kid," says the "Atomic Blonde" helmer. "He's valuable to both of them in different ways it becomes personal for both of them."

In "Deadpool 2", after surviving a near fatal bovine attack, a disfigured cafeteria chef, Wade Wilson, struggles to fulfill his dream of becoming Mayberry's hottest bartender while also learning to cope with his lost sense of taste. Searching to regain his spice for life, as well as a flux capacitor, Wade must battle ninjas, the yakuza, and a pack of sexually aggressive canines, as he journeys around the world to discover the importance of family, friendship, and flavor - finding a new taste for adventure and earning the coveted coffee mug title of World’s Best Lover.

Brianna Hildebrand is back as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Stefan Kapicic still voices Colossus, T.J. Miller reprises his role as Wade's buddy Weasel, Leslie Uggams returns as his roommate Blind Al, and Morena Baccarin is back as Wade's girlfriend Vanessa.

The R-rated superhero movie is set to open in U.S. theaters on May 18.
