AceShowbiz - After her marriage to Robin Thicke was ruined by his infidelity, Paula Patton is now accused of being a homewrecker. The 42-year-old actress has been dating realtor Zachary Quittman, who is still married to his wife of nearly 20 years.

"They're married, they're not even legally separated," a source tells Page Six of Paula's new boyfriend. "He doesn't even have his stuff out of the house." Zach, 37, has two kids with his wife.

Zachary is a real estate agent in Malibu and also "coaches a lot of kids sports [teams], so he's known by a lot of families," according to the source. The source adds, "I'm just kind of disgusted that [Paula] is being that callous to talk about the basketball game when we come from a very small town and everybody knows about this."

Zachary's now-estranged wife reportedly knows Paula and has spent time with her in social settings with other moms. She "thought [Patton] was nice," but nonetheless she "has just been shocked" too find out that Paula is now dating her estranged husband.

Despite the accusation, Paula isn't shy to show off their romance. She gushed about Zachary during an interview to promote her new movie "Traffik" on Monday. Paula also recently told Extra that she and her beau met through their kids' sports activities. "It's kind of a suburban romance. He's got kids, I got a kid. It's one of those!" she revealed. She added, "But when you know, you know. I love him."

The new couple, who has been dating for a month now, was also photographed holding hands in New York City. Zachary reportedly has been living with the "Warcraft" star since they started seeing each other a month ago and has been tagging along on her "Traffik" press tour. He will be joining her in London next week.
