AceShowbiz - Following the messy divorce from Stephen Belafonte, Melanie Brown a.k.a. Mel B is getting a well-deserved vacation. The Spice Girls member was spotted flaunting her sensational figure as she soaked up the sun at a 5-star resort in Desert Hot Springs, California over the weekend.

The singer let it all hang out as she ditched her bikini top, leaving her in a skimpy pink bottom. In some photos obtained by Daily Mail, Mel B, who styled her blonde hair in two ponytails, was seen putting sun lotion on her pretty sun-kissed skin.

She wasn't alone during the sunny vacation though. The "America's Got Talent" judge was joined by hair stylist bestie Gary Madatyan, who looked comfy in white T-shirt and black shorts.

The singer didn't seem to try to hide her bare ample bust as she casually lounged next to Gary. At one point, Gary was photographed helping Mel B put some sunscreen on her abs and back to protect her from the scorching sun.

It seems like a vacation is what the 42-year-old star really needs following her split from "abusive" Stephen. Just recently, Mel B was reportedly to write a second memoir which would serve as a follow-up to 2003's "Catching a Fire".

Mel B said of the upcoming book, which was said to be titled "Brutally Honest", "I have kept silent for a decade, but after a very public case, I want to set the record straight."

"This book will show that abuse can happen to anyone," she continued saying. "It is important that my three girls, who I raise as a single mother, know how to break the chain of abuse--along with any other woman who reads this book."

A source said that Mel B "has been making notes and has been approached about a memoir." The source added, "The last year's volume of controversy and scandal is enough for most autobiographies. Mel doesn't want to hold back."

Rumor has it, the new tell-all book is set to hit the shelves in November.
