Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez may be reportedly on break, but that doesn't stop Pattie Mallette to gush over the former Disney darling. The mother of the Canadian heartthrob publicly sent love to Selena on her recent Instagram post.
On Wednesday, March 13, Selena took to her Instagram account to share to her 134 million followers about her next collection with Coach for this fall. The "Fetish" songstress posted a photo of a brand tag of a pink laced-dress which featured her name and the brand. "Fam, my second collection for @coach is going to include clothes! So grateful I got to work on this with @stuartvevers. Can't wait to show you this fall. #CoachxSelena #CoachNY," the singer wrote in the caption.
People later took to the comment section to show their support for the 25-year-old beauty. One of them was Pattie, who commented on the pic with several party popper emojis.
The comment arrived after Justin and Selena were reportedly taking a "break" from their newly-rekindled romance. Reports previously suggested that the decision was made because of Selena's mom, Mandy Teefey, who was said to be against her reuniting with the "Despacito" hitmaker. However, another source claimed that the alleged break has nothing to do with Mandy.
"They're not on a break because of her relationship with her mom. They have their own issues and are always on and off," says a source about the couple, who first dated back in 2010. "She wouldn't base her relationship off of what her mom thinks."
Another source previously also echoed the remark, saying, that Justin's indifference was what led them to make the decision. The source revealed that the "Sorry" hitmaker "doesn't care about anyone but himself," and "the second she saw it, she walked away, especially now with her health. She knows she doesn't need him."
